We love to meet new folks and to have guests join us for worship.
Biblical worship.
We believe that worship is a meeting with God through the risen Lord Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. Our worship includes the singing of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, confession of sins, prayers, and the reading and preaching of God's word. Twice a month we celebrate the sacrament of the Lord's Supper: on the first Sunday of the month during morning worship and the third Sunday of the month during evening worship.
Children are encouraged to remain with their parents during worship. If necessary, a staffed nursery is provided for children under 5 years of age during morning worship.
Joyful atmosphere.
While we worship with reverence and awe as we approach a holy God, we do so with joy and thanksgiving in our Triune God for his gospel that has come to us through Jesus Christ. This means we come as we are, not trying to impress God or anyone else, so some dress casual and some less casual, we come without too much consideration of the outer garments we wear.
Knowing that life is tiring and oftentime wearisome, at Westminster you'll find a place of joyful rest. You will be welcomed.
