Our Ministries

Weekly Fellowship

We put great effort into preparing for our worship services together twice each Sunday. Week by week we try to explain and apply the Bible, section by section, to our personal lives. And we respond in grateful prayer and singing. We also take time after our worship service in the morning for a time of Christian education for all ages. We have classes for toddlers, elementary, middle school, high school and adults so that all can learn and be built up in our understanding and love for the Christian faith.

Men's Bible Study

We want to see the families of the church strong and flourishing, and we don't want to load up people's schedules with too many weeknight activities that undermine that. But the men of the church meet every other Wednesday evening at a local restaurant for a time to discuss the Scriptures, share our lives and pray together (not to mention some good pie!).

Women's Bible Study

The ladies also have a bi-weekly Bible study prayer time, as well as a series of monthly Friday night meetings with different focuses of interest to women throughout the year. Young children are often included in these events. Older students enjoy the special events we have together such as winter blast, paintball or camping outings.

Special Occasions

We have regular contact with missionaries serving Christ under the OPC banner in all corners of the globe (some of which are too sensitive to put on a website!). We enjoy receiving updates and visits from them and we support them in prayer and with our gifts. We benefit from our deacons' ministry, which has a special care for those in and around our congregation who fall into economic need in one way or another. Christ cares for us as whole people and we seek to show that same care for one another, and for you as the Lord brings you across our path!
